Grapes for this wine are sourced from vineyards in the Valle del Salnès, considered one of the top sub-regions for pure, quality Albariño. The grapes are picked early in the morning and kept cold to retain freshness in the wine. As the label suggests, this is a perfect match with fresh shellfish and seafood.
