Online Inventory
While we do our best to update photos as new products come in, the vintage or age statement in a photo may not exactly match what is in stock. If you have your heart set on a specific vintage, etc., please contact us to ensure we have exactly what you are after prior to placing your order.
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Or on the hunt for something specific you don’t see on our website? Please feel free to contact us at info@vinearts.ca and we’ll do our best to track it down for you! We don’t have access too every product out there, but again we will do our best to help you out.
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on mixed cases of wine totalling 12 x 750 ml bottles. Want to inquire about discounts for larger bulk purchases? Please feel free to contact us at info@vinearts.ca and we are happy to discuss!
While we work hard to ensure our prices are fair, we do not offer automatic price matching against our competitors.
Shipping & Deliveries
We do not currently offer shipping outside of the province of Alberta.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $25 anywhere in Alberta, shipped by Canada Post.
With the delivery of alcohol, all orders must be received by someone 18 years or older. As such we are unable to leave deliveries if no one is available to accept them. For orders sent by courier within Calgary and Edmonton, we will make a second delivery attempt if the first is unsuccessful. After two unsuccessful attempts product will be held for pick up at our Victoria Park or Edmonton location.
We offer local delivery within the city of Calgary and Edmonton Monday – Saturday via our courier partners. We offer free delivery within the city of Calgary and Edmonton on all orders over $150, with a flat rate of $10 per delivery within the city limits on all orders under $150. Place your order prior to 9:00 am for same-day delivery, any orders placed after 9:00 am will be delivered the following day. We do not currently offer delivery on Sundays.
Refunds & Returns
All items in re-saleable condition will qualify for a full refund within one month of purchase. If items for refund were shipped outside of Calgary, the cost of the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Faulty products will be considered on a case by case basis – please contact us at info@vinearts.ca for any faulty product concerns.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@vinearts.ca or by calling us at (403)-290-0700. While we will do our best to accommodate requests for changes and cancellation, we can not make any guarantees as we begin fulfilling orders as soon as they come in.
For orders sent by Canada Post a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your item(s) have shipped.
