Shipping and Refunds
Yes. We serve all Canadian provinces except Quebec, including Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. For delivery outside Alberta, we arrange a third-party courier on your behalf to collect your order from our Calgary store and deliver it to your selected address. We do not currently offer delivery to Quebec.
National standard shipping rates outside Alberta are based on order weight: $55 for 0–20 kg, $65 for 20–40 kg and $85 for 40–60 kg. Available delivery options and the final shipping charge are displayed at checkout before payment. For heavier orders or questions about delivery to your address, please contact info@vinearts.ca.
Courier transit time is separate from order preparation. The standard shipping option currently shows an estimated transit time of 3–9 business days at checkout; delivery times may vary by destination and courier service.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $29 anywhere in Alberta, shipped by Canada Post.
With the delivery of alcohol, all orders must be received by someone 18 years or older. As such we are unable to leave deliveries if no one is available to accept them. For orders sent by courier within Calgary & Edmonton we will make a second delivery attempt if the first is unsuccessful. After two unsuccessful attempts product will be held for pick up at our Victoria Park location.
We offer local delivery within the city of Calgary Monday – Friday via our courier partners. We offer free delivery within the city of Calgary & Edmonton on all orders over $250, wiWe offer local delivery within Calgary and Edmonton Monday to Friday via our courier partners. Delivery is free on orders over $250, with a flat rate of $15 per delivery within city limits on orders under $250. Place your order before 9:00 am on a delivery day for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 9:00 am, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be delivered on the next delivery day. Return Policy
We will gladly accept the return of items in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. If you have any questions or would like to initiate a return please send us an email at info@vinearts.ca.If the item has been shipped outside of Calgary, arranging shipping and any charges associated with shipping, and the cost of return, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Faulty or flawed product may be returned, and will be inspected upon arrival before a final decision is made. The purchaser will be contacted by email once the item has been inspected, and if it is deemed to be flawed or faulted a refund will be made to the original form of payment minus any shipping and handling charges.
