Shipping and Refunds
We do not currently offer shipping outside of the province of Alberta.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $25 anywhere in Alberta, shipped by Canada Post.
With the delivery of alcohol, all orders must be received by someone 18 years or older. As such we are unable to leave deliveries if no one is available to accept them. For orders sent by courier within Calgary we will make a second delivery attempt if the first is unsuccessful. After two unsuccessful attempts product will be held for pick up at our Victoria Park location.
We offer local delivery within the city of Calgary Monday – Friday via our courier partners. We offer free delivery within the city of Calgary on all orders over $150, with a flat rate of $10 per delivery within the city limits on all orders under $150. Place your order prior to 9:00 am for same-day delivery, any orders placed after 9 am will be delivered the following day. We do not currently offer delivery on Sundays.
Return Policy
We will gladly accept the return of items in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. If you have any questions or would like to initiate a return please send us an email at info@vinearts.ca.If the item has been shipped outside of Calgary, arranging shipping and any charges associated with shipping, and the cost of return, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Faulty or flawed product may be returned, and will be inspected upon arrival before a final decision is made. The purchaser will be contacted by email once the item has been inspected, and if it is deemed to be flawed or faulted a refund will be made to the original form of payment minus any shipping and handling charges.
