Founded by Vine Arts owners Jeff Jamieson and Jesse Willis in 2015, Proof Cocktail Bar brings our love of spirits and hospitality to life at 1302 1 Street SW in Calgary. Creative cocktails, familiar classics, and a back bar of more than 350 spirits make it a place to explore, whether you know exactly what you like or want to discover something new.
