From the windswept slopes of Etna to the rugged hills of the Canary Islands, this tasting showcases bold, mineral-driven wines shaped by ancient lava flows and ash-rich terroirs. Discover how volcanic origins create distinct character, tension, and depth in every glass.
*Please note this tasting will take place at our 17th Avenue location at 932 17 Ave SW #101, Calgary, Alberta. The tasting will include a selection of cheese and charcuterie from our friends at Peasant Cheese. Due to the high demand and limited space for our tastings, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest if you cannot join us, but we do not offer refunds for our tastings.
