It's not often that this iconic wine grower produces a Riesling in a dry (trocken) style. Only when the conditions are ideal will the winery choose to ferment a wine to dryness. Vinified in large neutral oak barrels and kept on the lees, it's a complex wine with firm acidity and cool orchard fruit flavors.
