Matt & Keith sourced liquid dessert (aka PX sherry Hogshead casks) from a traditional Spanish Bodega in 2023. We utilized these beautiful casks to finish a few barrels of Wild Life single malt whisky. The resulting spirit is a wonderful expression of sherry-finished whisky: chewy dried figs, chocolate covered raisins, rounded malty notes, fruit leather and soft French oak on the finish." - Wild Life Distillery
