Whiskyland’s ninth chapter is Gone Grant, a thirty-year-old single malt from the closed Caperdonich distillery. Distilled in 1994 and matured in a second-fill barrel, it is bottled at natural cask strength: a chance to explore a long-lost Speyside name through an independent bottler’s lens.
