This limited edition sparkling wine is part of our solidarity project “Viña Costeira Rural Alzheimer”, in collaboration with AFAOR (Association of relatives of Alzheimer’s patients). All profits generated by Viña Costeira sparkling wines are donated to the association.
Its traditional elaboration consists of a second fermentation in the bottle and an ageing in rhyme of about 90 months in our underground caves. An arduous process in the quest to obtain a premium sparkling wine to raise funds for this project.
