She has worked in areas such as Clos Erasmus, Álvaro Palacios, Domaine Comte Armand, Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Domaine Combier and Raul Perez. In 2010, she moved to the Bierzo appellation in the region of Castilla y León, where she began producing her own wines. Initially, she vinified in the cellar of Raul Perez, to finally acquire her own facilities in 2014. Having learned organic and biodynamic cultivation of the vine, she naturally applies the same methods to her own vines (aged an average of 80 years) and harvests everything manually.
"The idea of this wine is to combine the minerality and fruitiness provided by the sand and clay soils, keeping the friendly and cheerful character of the Mencía, resulting in a more informal cut, with lots of fruit, very fresh and agile. Very drinkable, nose seductive of red fruits, blue flowers, light and slender plot in the mouth".
