The 'Esprit de Craie' ("spirit of the chalk") is a finely focused and fresh cuvee from winemaker Valérie Varnier. Composed of 100% Chardonnay, the fruit was harvested from the two chalkiest parcels farmed by Varnier-Fanniere. The label was designed by Valérie's son Pierre-Louis during a Sunday family lunch.
