We've got a major soft spot for classic Clare Valley Reds - they just ooze old-school charm. This Cabernet Franc straddles the line of being exuberant young drinking alongside classic and varietally true - it's like an Alfa Romeo in vinous form. Classic blackberry and ripe cherry fruit, a whisper of that green peppercorn Cab Franc thing, and the inescapable Clare Valley eucalypt character. A great deal of fun." - Unico Zelo
