Thunevin-Calvet works the dark schist soils around Maury in Roussillon. This vin doux naturel is made from Grenache Noir, with grape spirit added during fermentation to retain its sweetness. Cocoa, jammy red fruit and blackcurrant lead into a long, rich finish.
