Therianthropy Mouflon Orange Wine is a vibrant, low-intervention skin-contact wine from Niagara, Ontario. Fermented with the Riesling and Pinot Gris grape skins in concrete eggs, it offers bright citrus and stone fruit alongside gentle tannins, subtle spice, and a savoury, earthy finish. Unfined and unfiltered, it’s fresh, textured, and expressive.
