Therianthropy Gamay is a bright, juicy red from Niagara, Ontario, made with a low-intervention approach. Whole clusters are naturally fermented with native yeasts and the wine is aged gently to preserve Gamay’s fresh fruit character and lively acidity. Expect notes of red berries, wild herbs, and subtle spice with a light, silky finish.
