Therianthropy Le Maillot Cabernet Franc is a fresh, juicy Niagara red made with a low-intervention approach. Grapes are partially destemmed, cold-soaked, then naturally fermented on their skins with minimal cap management before being pressed into concrete for six months of élevage. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, it’s bright and silky, with notes of red berries, blackberry, pomegranate, herbs, and a savoury, refreshing finish.
