Winemaking: 24 months in neutral oak barrels
Nose: Cherry, clove, pepper, rose petal
Taste: Raspberries, strawberry, kirsch, cinnamon
Label TL;DR: The Hobo Series – a lineup of single varietals either forgotten or misrepresented in industries around the world. Inspired by the Homeward Bound (hobo) pieces by Paul Morstad, all the labels are small corners of a much larger artwork. These single varietals have found an amazing new home in our small Okanagan wine industry and this lineup is our way of highlighting the underdogs in the worlds wine industries!
