*Pick up orders are available next day for pick up"Α game-changer Retsina from high altitude vineyards of dry-farmed Roditis bush-vines in Aigialiea, Peloponnese. Only free-juice is used. Natural vinification in amphoras and minimal resin - about one kilo in a ton - from pines surrounding the vineyards.Lemon-green coloured. Nose with lemon, orange zest and pine needles. Jasmine perhaps. Delicate scented but yes it smells like a Retsina. Light bodied with 11.5% abv but excellent balance, intensity and persistence. The resin is very much welcomed on the palate bringing extra freshness; winemaker Panagiotis Papagiannopoulos speaks about a different expression of resin according to vintage.
