Primo 1861’s high-proof blanco puts blue agave from the Highlands of Jalisco at the centre of the glass. Stone-oven cooking, wild-yeast fermentation and copper distillation shape a concentrated spirit. A tequila for those who want to spend a little time with the agave itself.
