This wine is the antithesis of “baked fruit” Garnacha. It has a lean streak of acidity and an herbaceous freshness. Dark hued in the glass, on the nose there are aromas of black fruits and wild mediterranean herbs. Medium bodied on the palate, it's fine tannins pair well with youthful dark cherry and cranberry flavours. The spicy finish is mouthwatering with notes of oregano and tobacco. Perfect with dry-rubbed baked chicken wings.
