Strathcona Spirits makes Velvet Cream in Edmonton with real infusions of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, birch bark and red willow. A base of Puerto Rican rum and Canadian prairie rye gives the cream liqueur its foundation. Rich and softly spiced, it is equally at home in coffee, over ice or in a creamy cocktail.
