*Pick up orders are available next day for pick upWe’ve all heard the phrase “All Champagne is sparkling wine, but not all sparkling wine is Champagne.” In this tasting we’ll dive deeper into what it all means! Tasting the wines blind can you identify the Champagne from the crémant, cava, prosecco, and other sparkling wines from around the world? Vintage, Non-Vintage, Saignee, Brut, Demi-Sec, Zero Dosage. We’ll go over all of these terms and more, plus taste some delicious bubbles to boot. Maybe, just maybe, there will be an outdoor sabering demonstration too?
*Please note this tasting will take place at our Edmonton location at 10961 124 Street. The tasting will include a selection of cheese and charcuterie from our friends at The Italian Center. Due to the high demand and limited space for our tastings, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest if you’re unable to join us, but we do not offer refunds for our tastings.
