La Higuera Leiophyllum is made by Gerardo Ruelas in Aldama, Chihuahua, from the desert-spoon plant Dasylirion leiophyllum. Earth, mineral and cardamom notes meet a rich texture and hints of peach. Sotol is not an agave spirit.
