Officially opened in 2004, the vineyards are spread across Mappinga, Nairne and Echunga. The Estate Chardonnay, which is made from grapes harvested from Mappinga and Ironstone Road vineyards, is a classic take on the variety. The wine was spontaneously fermented and matured 10 months in French oak barrels. Vibrant with just the slightest hint of oak influence, it has mouthwatering flavors of green apple, grapefruit, white peach and jasmine. An elegant Chardonnay from the Burgundy of Australia.
