After hand harvesting the grapes are fermented with wild yeasts, this is a fashionable lighter red wine style, ideal with food. Selbach-Oster Pinot Noir is light in colour with vibrant red fruit notes reminiscent of red currants, raspberry, and strawberries. The palate also has a hint of spice and an underlying savoury note.
