Founded in 2005 by husband and wife team, Sean and Nicole Minor, this winery creates classically styled, yet well-priced California wines. The couple have partnered with experienced grape growers to source sustainably farmed grapes from some of the state's premier wine appellations. Their consulting enologist, Will Bucklin, is a graduate of UC Davis and previously worked at renowned wineries such as Chateau Lafite Rothschild and King Estate. This Chardonnay is made from grapes harvested from the Central Coast AVA of California. The fruit was whole-cluster pressed into stainless steel tanks and then partially matured in small French oak barrels. Ageing on the lees with regular stirring introduced richness and depth.
