*Pick up orders are available next day for pick upLovely pale ruby red colour. We carefully selected early ripening fruit to make this special Cuvée. Each grape contributes to the complexity and balance. Grenache and Cinsault give sweet, fleshy red berry fruit with a hint of herbes de Provence. Syrah adds a cool, spicy, mineral note and some blackberry and cassis. It’s bone dry, medium bodied, with lively, refreshing acidity, just present tannins, and a juicy, salty finish.
Drink well chilled from 8 to 14ºC, it’s super versatile with a wide variety of dishes and cuisines from all over the world, especially “fusion” or spicy dishes and whether vegetable, fish or red and white meats. Give some aeration to allow the aromas to breathe. Will evolve and drink well for 4-7 years.
