Held by the same family for ten generations, since 2000 the domaine has been managed by Florian Mollet. Under his direction a new cellar has been built and the vineyard holdings have been expanded to 17 hectares. Each parcel is vinified separately in small stainless steel tanks to maintain site specificity.
This Pinot Noir offers exceptional value and classic styling. The appearance of this wine is pale garnet red with light depth. On the nose you find fresh aromas of cranberry, lambert cherry, forest floor and cigarbox. The palate is light bodied with fine grained tannins, moderate acidity and snappy wild redfruit flavors. Hints of pepper and smoke linger on the finish
