Clos Petit is a sparkling rosé from Pepe Raventós' Mas del Serral project. Xarel-lo and Sumoll share a small vineyard in the Conca del Riu Anoia, and a second fermentation in bottle creates the bubbles. It offers a distinctive Catalan interpretation of traditional-method sparkling wine.
