ABA makes this Chilean pisco from aromatic Muscat of Alexandria grapes grown in the Elqui Valley. Hand-harvested grapes, cool fermentation and copper-still distillation form the basis of its production. We suggest exploring it in a Pisco Sour or a simple pisco highball.
