This cuvée is a blend of all of the white grapes from Pinard et Filles sandy vineyard in Lanoraie, Quebec. The grapes are direct pressed, then fermented and aged in stainless-steel barrels. Jane Doe is elegant, zippy, and highly aromatic. The perfect bottle to dip your toes into the fascinating world of Pinard et Filles!
