Founded in 2002 by Silvano Brescianini, partner & CEO of Barone Pizzini in Franciacorta and joined by partner and enologist, Alessandro Fenino.  There are a total 26.5 hectares of estate grown vines in the Castelli di Jesi area, consisting mostly of Verdicchio, and a small parcel of Montepulciano.  The vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically, and have been vegan certified since 2009.

The Dominè is a cuvee that harkens back to a time when Italian white wines were commonly made with skin contact. Made from Verdicchio, three quarters of the wine was macerated on the skins.

"Dominè recalls an old emporium in the area where people used to stop and taste a glass of Verdicchio. It is the wine linked to research, to experimentation, to our curiosity of always wanting to discover something new about this great grape variety.

Straw yellow, it has aromas of peach, almond, citrus and yellow flowers. In the mouth it is enveloping, fresh and with a long salty finish." - Pievalta
