It’s flavourful yet refreshing, with the soft, natural acidity Eden Valley is famous for. Bright green apple, lemongrass, and lime juice, layered with a subtle squeeze of salinity and stony minerality. It's bone dry, intense, and hard to imagine a dish it wouldn’t pair with.
