Paltrinieri is a fourth generation family run winery located Sorbara in Emilia-Romagna. This wine is composed of 100% Salamino. It is a deep red wine that has a fruity nose filled with scents of cherries and blackberries. The palate is fresh with soft bubbles which makes this wine a perfect pairing for charcuterie, pizza or sheer refreshment.
