Novaia’s organic Valpolicella comes from the family estate in Marano di Valpolicella, Veneto, Italy. Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella form the blend. Expect black cherry, floral notes and gentle spice, with medium body, soft tannins and fresh acidity.
