Thanks to his experience crafting wines for such renowned estates like Domaine des Béates and Château de la Gardine, Montgermont was able to find the perfect balance for this cuvée. Pale straw yellow in appearance, it presents fresh notes of yuzu citrus, green apple, canned peach, elderflower and shortbread. Light effervescence and crisp acidity lead to a lingering and dry finish.
