Bastide 2020 comes from Château Coupe-Roses, the Le Calvez family estate in La Caunette, Minervois, in France’s Languedoc region. Grenache and Carignan, with a little Syrah, form this unoaked red. Cherry and dark-berry notes meet Mediterranean herbs and a savoury olive edge, with velvety tannins and fresh acidity.
