Merlet’s Brothers Blend draws mainly on Fins Bois Cognacs, with Grande Champagne adding another dimension. The blend is aged for at least four years, bringing apricot and white fruit together with a measured oak influence. Supple enough to sip, with plenty to contribute to a good Sidecar.
