Mattei Cap Corse Rouge is a Corsican quinquina aperitif with roots dating to 1872. Muscat and Vermentinu mistelles form the base, with spices, walnuts and cinchona bark adding aromatic depth and a dry finish. Serve over ice, with tonic or soda, or explore it in a rye-whiskey cocktail.
