Fiano is one of Italy's most prized white grape varieties. Named in honor of Countess Bianca Sabini, this wine is crafted from hand harvested Fiano grapes grown in vineyards with calcareous clay soils at an elevation of 50 meters. The grapes were gently pressed and fermented in temperature controlled tanks before aging without oak, allowing the wine's natural freshness to shine. Expect inviting aromas and flavors of ripe pear, melon, jasmine, and orange blossom.
