Known for its deep color and medium to full body, the grape often displays a subtle rustic character. Zacinto is named after the "massero", the estate manager who appreciated Negroamaro so much that he produced and hid barrels for his own personal enjoyment on the property. Crafted with 15 days of skin maceration and fermentation, this wine offers rich notes of black currant, black cherry, prune, balsamic and dried thyme.
