The skins are left in contact for a total of 3 months in stainless steel. The result is a captivating blend of Gros manseng, Muscat d'Alexandrie and Ugni blanc. Tangerine is the stand out note for us, backed with exotic fruit, peachy too, with a final dusting of sweet middle eastern spice.
