*Pick up orders are available next day for pick up"This cuvée is typically three quarters Cinsault (planted in 1955), one quarter Grenache with slight variation depending on the vintage (2022 showcases a little more Grenache). The grapes come from several small plots around the commune of Saint-Julien-en-Saint-Alban. The Cinsault is fermented whole cluster while the Grenache is destemmed. After a week of maceration, the wine is pressed off to finish fermentation in concrete. It is racked once before a short élevage. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered the following spring." - Juice Imports
