Pauline and Géraud Fromont’s Domaine des Marnes Blanches is based in the southern Jura, France. Their Trousseau comes from vines planted on red and white marl. Whole-cluster fermentation and barrel maturation precede bottling without fining or filtration, preserving the character of this local red variety.
