Shark is a Riesling from Géraud Fromont’s Coup de Jus project alongside Domaine des Marnes Blanches. The grapes come from an organically farmed vineyard in Bergheim, Alsace, on limestone and marl. Fermentation and maturation take place in concrete and neutral barrels, and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
