Fresh out of winemaking school, the couple bought a few vineyards in Cesancey, a small village in the southern Jura. Named after the region's prized white marl soils, the estate quickly developed a diverse range of wines, including fresh ouillé Chardonnays, traditional oxidative Savagnins, and elegant reds made from local Jura grape varieties.
