Giancarlo Mancino is a renowned bartender and entrepreneur from Pignola (Potenza), Italy. In 2012, he launched Mancino Vermouth at Bar Convent Berlin, where it quickly gained international acclaim. Produced entirely in Italy and mainly exported abroad, the vermouth is known for its rich profile of dark red fruits, vanilla, rhubarb, Italian juniper, orange, and toasted wood—ideal for classic cocktails like the Negroni and Manhattan.
