Ch. Peybonhomme-Les-Tours 'Les Vacances de Monsieur Merlot'

Located in the commune of Cars, Château Pey-Bonhomme Les Tours has been owned by the Hubert family since 1895. A historic estate, the oldest part of the structure is a 17th-century castellated tower which has a panoramic view of the Gironde. Now into the 6th generation of Hubert’s, the business is managed by Catherine, Jean-Luc, and their children Rachel and Guillaume. The vineyards are spread across 64 hectares, and unusually for Bordeaux, are farmed according to Biodynamic principles.
