First off, this négociant project is focused on producing natural wines from the Loire Valley at accessible prices. Gotta love that. Secondly, the group of French winemakers who made this happen, referring to themselves as Vini Be Good, are some of the finest growers in the region. A collective openness to share knowledge and experience has undoubtedly amplified the quality of the wines. Thirdly, the labels are created by Michel Tolmer; the lead French artist of the Natural wine movement since the 1990’s.
Made from 100% Grolleau, this is a light-bodied red wine with spicy red fruit flavors. A wine to be drunk young with cheese and charcuterie.
