*Pick up orders are available next day for pick upThis wine is made from 80% estate fruit and 20% from the nearby Woodward vineyard, grown on mature vines (18–40 years) in heavy clay soils. Gentle pressing and careful fermentation, combining cool stainless-steel fermentations with a portion wild-fermented in old French oak, followed by lees ageing, has added texture and complexity. It's round, rich, just off-dry with concentrated varietal character, balanced acidity, and a versatility that shines alongside spice-driven dishes, soft cheeses, and aromatic cuisines.
